Attorney Ernest Radillo
Ernest Radillo is the owner and managing attorney for Radillo Law Firm, where his practice emphasizes criminal defense, immigration law, and civil litigation. Before starting his own firm, Mr. Radillo worked at the prominent law firm of Ogden Murphy Wallace, PLLC (OMW), primarily focusing on civil litigation. Before OMW, Mr. Radillo worked at Columbia Legal Services, primarily focusing on complex civil litigation and class actions.
Mr. Radillo is fluent in Spanish and has given several live English/Spanish radio interviews regarding current personal injury, criminal, and immigration topics. His advocacy has been featured in numerous English and Spanish newspapers. Mr. Radillo has also appeared on KUNS TV Univision, the leading Spanish-language media company serving the Hispanic population in the United States.
Mr. Radillo is the recipient of the national Goldmark Equal Justice Internship; the American Red Cross Certificate of Merit Award; Seattle University School of Law Access to Justice Institute Leadership and Service Award; the Washington State Bar Association Courageous Award; the City of Wenatchee Civil Rights and Social Justice Award; the Seattle University School of Law Spirit of Service Award; and the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington New Generation Award.
Mr. Radillo received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and his juris doctorate degree from Seattle University School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice, Fellow for the Center on Corporations, Law & Society, and Judicial Extern to Judge Carol Schapira of King County Superior Court.
Mr. Radillo has served as a Commissioner for Chelan County Superior Court. He currently serves as a Trustee on the board of the Wenatchee Valley YMCA.
