Ernest Radillo

Ernest Radillo is the managing attorney and owner for Radillo Law Firm, where his practice emphasizes personal injury, criminal defense, and immigration law. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Radillo worked at Ogden Murphy Wallace, PLLC (OMW) where he primarily focused on civil litigation, business and employment law. Prior to OMW Mr. Radillo worked at Columbia Legal Services where he primarily focused on complex civil litigation and class actions.

Mr. Radillo is fluent in Spanish, and has given several live English/Spanish radio interviews regarding current personal injury, criminal and immigration topics. His advocacy has been featured in numerous English and Spanish newspapers. Mr. Radillo has also appeared on KUNS TV Univision, the leading Spanish-language media company serving the Hispanic population in the United States.

Mr. Radillo is recipient of the national Goldmark Equal Justice Internship; the American Red Cross Certificate of Merit Award; Seattle University School of Law Access to Justice Institute Leadership and Service Award; the Washington State Bar Association Courageous Award; the City of Wenatchee Civil Rights and Social Justice Award; the Seattle University School of Law Spirit of Service Award; and the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington New Generation Award.

Mr. Radillo received his Bachelor’s degree from University of California San Diego, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice, Fellow for the Center on Corporations, Law & Society, and Judicial Extern to Judge Carol Schapira of King County Superior Court.

Mr. Radillo currently serves on the boards of the Wenatchee Valley YMCA and North Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
